Black currant bounty bites

                       

Ingredients  

- 2 cups of desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup of @viberi_organic freeze dried blackcurrants
- 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1 table spoon pure maple syrup
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 1 sachet of @viberi_organic blackcurrant powder

In a food processor blend the freeze dried blackcurrants and coconut once well combined remove from processor into a large bowl. Add coconut oil, rice syrup, coconut cream & blackcurrant powder, mix well. Roll and shape the mixture with your hands, place in the freezer to set for at least 10 minutes. Melt dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, once your bounty mix feel firm to touch roll each bite in the melted chocolate and decorate as you please. Blackcurrants paired with chocolate is the perfect combination we think!!
