Chewy choc protein balls
This recipe is so easy it will quickly become a go to of yours! You can play around with this by using any kind of nuts and adding seeds, this is a perfect base recipe for you to work with.
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 1 cup of walnuts
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 serving nothing naughty lean bean protein
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp brown rice syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ¼ tsp pink salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor blend until you form a crumb like consistency, if you have added in any extra nuts and seeds just add an extra tablespoon of brown rice syrup so the mixture will still roll into bliss balls. Roll out the balls and place them in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours.
Optional – Melt high quality dark chocolate and dip each ball in them place back in the freezer to set for a couple of minutes.
