Immunity boosting smoothie



For the base of the smoothie you will need..

- 1 cup of frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 2 scoops @nothing_naughty lean bean mixed berry protein
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 c @boringmilk oat milk

Blend in a high speed blender then top with chopped apple, banana, @simpleigh_raw protein granola, @fixandfogg peanut butter, @nothing_naughty cacao nibs, frozen raspberries & coconut.

Raspberries are an absolute favourite of mine. They help boost your immune system & are super high in antioxidants, exactly what we need right now. 💙
