Zesty orange choc protein slice



Base
- 1 cup wholegrain rolled oats
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup cacao nibs @nothing_naughty
- ¼ cup almond meal @nothing_naughty
- 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Juice and zest of one orange
- 2 scoops lean bean chocolate protein @nothing_naughty
- 1 teaspoon pink salt

Method
Blitz oats in food processor until they form a crumb like consistency, add all of the remaining ingredients except almond meal blend until well combined, add almond meal and pulse through the mixture. Transfer your mixture into a lined loaf tin and press down using a tablespoon to create a nice even surface. Pop in the freezer while you make the chocolate ganache.

Chocolate ganache
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder @nothing_naughty
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lean bean chocolate protein @nothing_naughty
- 1 table spoon pure maple syrup

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender until well combined (this will only take a couple of seconds) spread the ganache over your base, sprinkle over cacao nibs and extra orange zest and place in the freezer for 2 hours to set!
